SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to offer the most cost-effective shipping options available and currently offer domestic shipping rates through the United States Postal Service. At this time, we are unable to ship internationally.

Expedited delivery is available upon request and for an additional charge. Please email customerservice@rustyandnash.com for any expedited delivery requests.

RETURN POLICY

EVERYDAY AND HOLIDAY BANDANAS:

 

We hope you love what you ordered. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund of the price you paid within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@rustyandnash.com to ensure the item or size you would like to exchange for is available. We will do our best to meet all exchange requests; in the event we are unable to accommodate an exchange request, we will fully refund the original purchase price of the item (the refund will be issued once we have received the item or items). The customer is responsible for paying the difference in price between an originally ordered item and a more expensive item for exchange. Rusty + Nash will refund the difference in price between an originally ordered item and a less expensive item for exchange.  Given that we are a small business, a $3 fee will be charged to ship your exchange.

Items being returned must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition; please include a copy of your original receipt with your return. A refund will be issued once we have received the item or items. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and Rusty + Nash does not refund shipping costs associated with the original order. Rusty + Nash reserves the right to deny returns not meeting the standards of our policy.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

 

Custom orders, including Everyday and Holiday bandanas that have been personalized or embroidered, are not eligible for return or exchange.
